Dr. Jeremy Kroes, MD.
Dr. Jeremy Kroes serves as the Medical Director at Reflections Med Spa & Salon, bringing more than 30 years of medical experience and a deep commitment to patient safety, precision, and clinical excellence. He earned his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School and then did his Emergency Medicine Training at USC/LA County hospital.
Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Kroes specializes in both Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine. He currently practices in Fountain Valley, CA, as the Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at UCI Fountain Valley.
At Reflections, Dr. Kroes provides medical oversight and guidance for advanced aesthetic treatments, ensuring that every service is grounded in medical integrity and the highest standards of care. His approach combines science and artistry, supporting natural-looking results while prioritizing long-term skin health and overall wellness.

Alana Rouse, RN
Alana Rouse is a Registered Nurse at Reflections Med Spa & Salon who combines clinical skill with a warm, personable approach to patient care. She earned her RN in 2022 and has been dedicated to helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and well cared for ever since.
Born and raised locally in Los Alamitos, Alana loves serving the community she grew up in and building meaningful connections with her patients. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail help clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience.
Outside of the med spa, Alana enjoys spending time outdoors—whether she’s golfing, skiing, relaxing at the beach, or adventuring with her beloved golden retriever, Bunker. She’s also looking forward to an exciting new chapter, with her wedding planned for 2027.
Brooke Reynolds-Hayes
Patient Care Coordinator
As a Patient Care Coordinator at Reflections Med Spa & Salon, I am passionate about creating a welcoming, seamless, and personalized experience for every guest who walks through our doors. I pride myself on delivering attentive, detail-oriented service while guiding clients through their aesthetic journey with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
Originally from the UK and now happily living locally, I am recently married and a proud mom to a 4-year-old. With three years of experience in a family-owned restaurant, I developed a deep appreciation for hospitality, relationship-building, and exceptional customer service—skills I now bring into the med spa environment to ensure every client feels comfortable, valued, and confident in their care at Reflections.
Johnaee Gallegos
With years of experience under her belt, Johnaee is a master of her craft. Her passion for hair styling is evident in every cut and color she creates. She has a keen eye for detail and a natural talent for bringing out the best in her clients' hair.
Johnaee's clients love her not only for her technical skills, but also for her warm, friendly personality. She takes the time to listen to her clients' needs and desires, and she always strives to exceed their expectations.

Katie Kroes, RN.
With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, Katie brings skill, compassion, and dedication to every patient she treats. Her career has spanned fast-paced emergency room care, the operating room assisting surgeons during procedures, pre- and post-operative patient care, IV hydration therapy, and advanced injectables.
Passionate about aesthetics and patient wellness, she is committed to ongoing education and regularly trains in the latest techniques and innovations in the industry. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is helping patients feel confident and seeing their smiles after treatment.
Outside of Reflections, she is a proud mother of four and married to a wonderful husband who also works in the medical field. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll find her busy with her kids, enjoying a girls’ night out, or heading to a fun country concert.
She loves staying connected with her patients and encourages check-ins after treatments — and always welcomes after photos to celebrate your results together.
Grace Light, Aesthetician
Grace Light is a passionate new cosmetologist and recent graduate who brings fresh energy and heart into the beauty world. Born and raised in Garden Grove, Grace has always felt a strong connection to her local community and loves helping people feel confident and cared for.
Her journey into cosmetology was inspired early on by her aunt, a longtime cosmetologist, who introduced her to the art of esthetics and the joy of making others feel beautiful. That inspiration stayed with Grace and guided her toward a career where creativity and care come together.
In 2025, Grace celebrated two life milestones—welcoming her baby girl, Harlee Michelle - and graduated from Career Academy of Beauty. Both experiences that deepened her appreciation for self-care and the importance of feeling your best in every season of life. She is excited to begin her career doing what she loves most: helping clients relax, refresh, and leave feeling radiant.
